Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By browsing or placing an order on https://blyxlo.com (“the Store”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

2. Nature of the business (dropshipping)

• We are a dropshipping retailer for the India pilot.
• Products are sourced from the Baapstore marketplace (Free plan).
• We do not claim to stock items in our own local warehouse.
• After you pay (or place a COD order, if offered), we place a matching order with Baapstore. Baapstore and their logistics partners pack and ship to you.
• Titles, descriptions, images, and variants on our product pages must match the supplier SKU. If anything looks wrong, email us before ordering.

3. Eligibility and territory

• You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian place the order).
• Pilot shipping: India only, unless we clearly mark another option later ([international TBD]).
• Currency displayed: INR (₹).

4. Products and accuracy

• We aim for accurate titles, prices, and descriptions that match Baapstore SKUs.
• Colours, sizes, and pack contents may vary slightly from photos (screen/lighting).
• Stock and price can change without notice until checkout is completed.
• If Baapstore cannot fulfil an SKU after you order, we will cancel and refund per our Refund policy.

5. Orders and pricing

• An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse (payment failure, suspected fraud, stock, shipping limits, or pricing error).
• Prices are in INR. Any taxes shown at checkout — [tax display / GST treatment TBD].
• Shipping charges are shown at checkout (pilot working assumption: flat shipping often ~₹89 per product on Baapstore Free plan — confirm on PDP/checkout; TBD if we pass through exactly).

6. Payment

7. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Typical windows are longer than local warehouse sellers because goods ship via Baapstore logistics (often around several business days after dispatch — exact ETA on PDP / tracking). Delays can happen due to courier, weather, festivals, or address issues.

8. Returns and refunds

See our Refund & Returns Policy. Customer returns and supplier (Baapstore) return cases are related but not identical processes. We handle your request; Baapstore Returns Desk rules apply on the supplier side.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Store for illegal activity
• Abuse checkout, coupons, or payment methods
• Scrape or overload the site
• Misrepresent identity or delivery address

10. Intellectual property

Store branding, layout, and our original content belong to us or licensors. Product images/descriptions sourced from Baapstore remain subject to their rights; we use them for selling matching SKUs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, data, goodwill).
• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. certain consumer rights for defective goods).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Store or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City / jurisdiction TBD] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection venues.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting means acceptance for new orders. Material changes will be dated on this page.
